Development Log - July

First Development Log after returning from 3 week training session in Korea Army Training Center (논산훈련소).

• Link to the "HTML Tag Usages" document in dev_log_may.html is now fixed.
• Further description of the "srcset" and "sizes" attributes in the "HTML Tag Usages" document is added.
• New tags (object, embed) learned are added to the "HTML Tag Usages" document.
• Added new tags and its description in the tag usage page.
• Started working on the "CSS Usages" document.

Learned how to decorate text elements with CSS.

Edited indication of block-level/inline level elements, tags with/without closing tags. Also edited some layouts of paragraphs.

Focused on chemistry. Find it here.

Studied a bit about CSS Box Model. Each element can be classified to inline elements and block level elements. It is good to use only inline elements in <p> element.

Changed the design of css_usages.html and tag_usages.html by applying what I learned recently. h1~h4 tags now has their own distinct color on its left-side borders to indicate the hierarchy more clearly.

About to finish learning about CSS Box Model. Block elements have content-box at center, surrounded with padding, border, margin box in given order.

Each box (content, padding, border, margin) has its own unique properties to render them.

You can also set background for elements. Gradation is another choice.

Meanwhile, Applied CSS to css_usages.html. Layout and Design have been improved.
